Opdracht
Privacy is important to DLL. It ensures the trust of our clients and customers. The goal of the internship is to support with strengthening DLL’s Data Protection approach. You will support DLL with maturing our privacy practices and our Global Privacy Office.
Day to Day:
• Conduct Essential Guarantees Assessments of third countries to which DLL transfers data;
• Consider supplementary measures that may be required to amplify Standard Contractual Clauses;
• Support Local Compliance Officers in EU countries with the review of Transfer Impact Assessments;
• Support with Privacy awareness, training and communications activities;
• Support with the assessment of pre-DPIAs, DPIAs and our Record of Processing Activities;
• Support with the drafting of Standards, Policies, Procedures, Implementation Packages, and workshop material.

Your Profile:
• Bachelor or Master student in computer science, Information Technology, Law or related studies;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Pro-active and eager to learn;
• Able to solve complex issues;
• Affinity with Data Privacy and risk management;
• Fun, humor;
• Collaborative;
• Fresh ideas and approaches which add value to the business;
• Interested in working in a global, dynamic environment;
• Available for 5-6 months, 4-5 days a week.
Good to know:
• Deadline for applications: 30th November 2021;
• Students on work placement are paid a work placement allowance;
